We all know good things come in small packages, and these little dogs are no exception. These breeds are out to prove that little dogs will rule the world someday.

#1 -Chihuahua

Perhaps the ultimate little dog, the Chihuahua has a larger-than life personality and a definite Napoleon complex. With a very expressive face, the Chihuahua will let you know what he is thinking. If he is giving you “the look” – watch out – you do not want to be on this tiny dog’s “list.”
