Dogs often experience fear when exposed to loud sounds such as thunderstorms. Their inability to comprehend the source of the noise leads them to seek refuge in places like under the bed, behind chairs, or even in laundry rooms or bathtubs.

One of the Golden Retriever puppies became popular on the internet after attempting to escape a thunderstorm and finding a secure hiding place inside the laundry room, curled up by the dryer. The owner discovered the puppy in this safe spot.
