Pit Bull Missing for 8 Years Reunites with Family Thanks to Microchip

But it was real. A kind woman named Angie Bray had discovered Harley in heartbreaking condition. He was severely underweight, his nails grotesquely overgrown, and his body showed clear signs of neglect. Angie rushed him to Cypress Lake Animal Hospital, where staff scanned his microchip.
