When Tanner uncovers a haunted location that even Dakota has never heard of, the team heads to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to investigate the infamous Old Adrian Mining Hospital. It was built to treat injured coal miners from one of the region's most dangerous mines and thousands lost their lives. At the hospital, Tanner has the Destination Fear team members navigate parts of the hospital without flashlights.
