The Mulanxi River reached 10.05 meters, marking its first numbered flood of the year. Sixteen rivers across 11 counties rose above warning levels, while three exceeded guaranteed safety levels. Putian and Xianyou County have been among the hardest-hit locations, with water covering roads and streets.
