The Bell Hotel has to stop housing asylum seekers by 12 September after Epping Forest District Council argued it was not being used for its intended purpose as a hotel. Epping Forest District council, councillor Chris Whitbread commented on the High Court ruling, he said it 'is not a victory today, this is a ruling for common sense'.
