The mother of a five-year-old boy who died after being sent home from hospital has described the panic she felt watching her son die. Yusuf Nazir died from sepsis eight days after he was seen at Rotherham Hospital and sent home with antibiotics. A new report into his treatment has found his mother's instinct was repeatedly not addressed but that his care had been appropriate. His mother, Soniya Ahmed, has told Sky News the findings fail to bring closure.
