Former first minister of Scotland, Humza Yousaf, has been speaking to Kamali Melbourne after famine was officially declared in Gaza City by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC). In response to the famine, Mr Yousaf called for further sanctions against Israel, saying "the only way I can see Israel changing course, is if it begins to feel meaningful action taken towards it".
