Four children were among dozens of people injured after a car hit several pedestrians during Liverpool FC's trophy parade through the city on Monday. Thousands of fans were in the city centre when the incident unfolded with 27 people needing hospital treatment and two in a serious condition. Police have arrested a 53-year-old white British man from the city and confirmed the incident was not being treated as a terror attack.
