Two tiny puppies arrived trembling and silent at a Georgia foster home, but within just a week their lives took a remarkable turn. When they first arrived, Tom and Jerry were terrified of human contact. “They’d hide from us, shake when we held them, and had no idea what safety felt like,” Laurel explained in the video’s on-screen text.
