President Zelenskyy has warned Donald Trump and European leaders that Vladimir Putin is "bluffing" with claims he wants to end the war in Ukraine. Speaking after meeting German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Berlin, he also said Russia was trying to portray itself to be stronger than it actually is.
