Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayTyrese Gibson Wanted After Dogs Kill Neighbor’s Pet in Buckhead
Singer and Fast & Furious actor Tyrese Gibson is at the center of a growing legal storm after police say his four Cane Corsos mauled a neighbor’s small dog to death in Buckhead. The Fulton County Police Department has confirmed Gibson is facing animal cruelty charges and was ordered to surrender the dogs. Despite repeated requests, he has not complied, and authorities are now seeking his arrest.

The victim, Harrison Parker, described his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Henry, as his constant companion—playful, affectionate, and always by his side. On September 18, Parker let Henry out into the front yard of his Woodhaven Road home. Minutes later, he was horrified to discover Henry dead in the driveway. Parker rushed him to a pet hospital, but it was too late. Veterinarians confirmed Henry’s death was caused by massive internal injuries, including multiple broken ribs.
Investigators soon determined Henry had been killed by Gibson’s Cane Corsos, powerful dogs each weighing close to 200 pounds. A neighbor’s security camera captured the large dogs roaming the neighborhood, while another neighbor reported they had pawed at her door, leaving her fearful for her safety. Records reveal this was not the first time Gibson’s dogs had escaped. Animal control officers noted at least three recent incidents, including prior attempts to issue citations when Gibson was not home.

Parker expressed frustration and heartbreak, calling Gibson reckless for failing to secure his animals. “A wonderful life is gone, and I’m never going to get him back,” Parker said, through tears. “This could have been prevented.”
Captain Nicole Dwyer of the Fulton County Police explained that Gibson was ordered to surrender his dogs immediately following Henry’s death, but he refused. Officers then obtained a search warrant for his residence and an arrest warrant for Gibson. When they arrived on September 19, neither Gibson nor his dogs were there.
Authorities later discovered Gibson had left the country, posting on Instagram that he was in Dubai for a mental health retreat until November. His absence has delayed progress in the case, but officials stress that his celebrity status will not change how it is handled. “This case is being treated no differently than any other animal cruelty case,” Captain Dwyer said, warning that Gibson’s dogs remain a potential threat if not contained.

For Parker, the pain of losing Henry remains raw. He described his dog as loving and irreplaceable, saying the loss has left a devastating void. He now hopes accountability will follow—not only for Henry’s memory but to ensure no other family suffers the same fate.

Fulton County Police continue to urge Gibson to surrender himself and his dogs. Until then, the case remains unresolved, leaving a grieving neighbor waiting for justice while a community wonders when responsibility will finally be taken.
